Three Branches Medical has decided to join the Halton Medix Family Health Organization in order to provide more accessible, coordinated and better continuity of care from a team that knows you and your health history. Clinics and providers within our Family Health Organization work collaboratively to provide timely appointments, after hours care between the clinics and can better communicate with your Primary Care Provider to ensure more seamless and coordinated care.
For your after hours needs, we ask you to use our clinic or Halton Medix (on Sundays only) instead of other walk-in clinics outside of our Family Health Organization.
We understand some of our valued patients live or travel out of town. For those who do, please call us first for your urgent care needs as we can guide you when you may need to seek in-person visits outside our clinic.
In an emergency please go to the nearest emergency room.
For all weekday appointments, please book with your own Family Physician by booking online or calling the clinic.
Do not walk-in. Urgent and same-day appointments will be made available each day your physician is working in the office. Physician hours/days may vary.
Whatever your health care needs are, we are here for you as your primary care team. We are happy to talk to you about your concerns, hopes and ideas to help you lead healthy lives.
As Family Doctors and your primary care team, we strive to help you understand, maintain and coordinate your health care needs, and navigate our often complex health care system.
When you’re sick, you shouldn’t have to wait a week to see a doctor. We strive to continue providing accessible and urgent care, and establish a network with colleagues in our community to do so.
We understand how parents can worry about their little ones, and families their elders when they are unwell, and how important it is to have some peace of mind by being able to see their Family Doctor.
